Our services include finding the right tenant, showing the property to prospective tenants, managing newspaper advertisements, housekeeping and cleaning, pest control, Rental Deed execution, periodic monitoring & inspection, rent collection assistance, dealing with housing society, Paying property tax and other utility bills. We have various flexible packages to suit your requirements. Painting works and Plumbing & electrical repairs will also be done on chargeable basis, whenever the client wants them to be executed.
